Update on Corey

It is with much sadness that I am passing on the message that Corey died Saturday evening.  Corey's family would like me to thank you for your prayers.  Before Corey left his loved one's behind, he expressed that he really wanted to go home to be with Jesus.  His fiance Betty, his mother and other family members were at church Sunday morning.  They are grieving because they miss Corey so much, but it is visibly apparent that the Holy Spirit, our Comforter, is holding them very close.    Corey told his family that he was happy because his brother Jason was able to come home from Iraq, which meant that Jason was able to witness the birth of his first daughter, who was born on Saturday just hours before Corey left for heaven.   Please continue to pray for Corey's loved ones and friends.   Thank you, Darlene H.
