Please pray for Kaitlyn and Korrine and believe it or not someone sent, by mistake, Korrine's prayer request to someone at The FISH radio station and they broadcast Korrine's prayer request on the air around 9:00 this morning and they estimate about 1,000 people probably heard it and were praying for her. God does work in mysterious ways does he not. PRAISE THE LORD!!!
Arla is a good friend of mine from church and I told her that we have prayer warriors to pray for her as well. Korrine's blog is beautiful and it makes me think that what my daughter is going through is minor compared to her.
Also, Kaitlyn has appointments for at least 3 1/2 hours this morning at Shriners. Please also share with our group to pray for her that this will be as pleasant of an experience as possible. I'm still standing in faith that she is healed, but we need to proceed with the medical appointments, so I don't get in trouble for neglect of my child in medical care. It's still difficult for me to take her to appointments and here the doctor's reports, even though I not believing them on the inside.

I believe I shared with some of you the plight of my little friend, Korrine in the bay area. She was diagnosed in December with a very rare form of cancer which attached to her ovaries. She has been on some extensive chemotherapy and has taken a turn for the worse. You can check on Korrine at http://korrinecroghan.blogspot.com/

Korrine is 13. I met her at 3 1/2 when she was first in my preschool choir. She is an incredible kid!

At 3 am this morning, an operation was performed to try to find the source of Korrine's internal bleeding. The procedure did not find the source and the doctor has let Matt and Dana know that at this time they are not able to stop the bleeding in Korrine's liver. She is contacting UC Med and Stanford and they are researching moving her and performing a surgery to remove the right lob of her liver in order to stop the bleeding as other measures have not been successful at this time This is very serious. She is not able to be on any pain medication at this time. She has not been able to eat anything for over 10 days.
Our prayer is that the bleeding will stop and that she will be moved to a facility where the operation on her liver can be performed as quickly as possible. Matt and Dana appreciate all of your prayers - as you can imagine, they are very concerned and holding on to faith and hope at this time.
