Bill was in Iraq to tour a children's orphanage that Hope International was building. His convoy was hit with a road side bomb. He was in an armored vehicle. He is suffering from a skull depression and neck lacerations (all his fingers and toes are intact). He was alert and talking but is now sedated awaiting transportation to a USAF hospital (Balad, Iraq) where there is a neurosurgeon.
- Please Pray for Bill's recovery from these injuries to his neck and skull.
- Pray for the Doctor wisdom & skill.
- Pray for Jan for peace and confidence in God during this time and to deal with all the unknowns (the distance alone is unnerving).
